Session Plan

The program follows a simple weekly process. Each session usually happens within 7 days from the previous session.

1. Session 1

   Getting Started

   Day 0

   Meet the ThesisHub research team, discuss your agenda, complete enrolment, and select a suitable mentor.

2. Session 2

   Draft-0 Preparation

   Within 7 days

   Meet your mentor, discuss feedback from Session 1, and prepare Draft-0 of the protocol.

3. Session 3

   First Draft Preparation

   Within 7 days

   Review your progress with the mentor and prepare the first full draft of the protocol.

4. Session 4

   Supervisor Feedback And Pre-Final Draft

   Within 7 days

   Improve the first draft, include supervisor comments where needed, and prepare the pre-final draft.

5. Session 5

   Final Draft Preparation

   Within 7 days

   Review the pre-final draft, discuss needed corrections, and prepare the final draft.

6. Session 6

   Final Review For IRB Submission

   Within 7 days

   Meet the ThesisHub research team again and finalize the protocol for IRB submission.

Payment Details

Refund Policy

• 90% refund for cancellation within 24 hours
• 84% refund for cancellation within 48 hours
• After 48 hours, payment is non-refundable

• The full consultancy process follows a personalized plan based on your research need.
• The goal is to build your capacity in protocol writing through personal mentoring and feedback.
• Session activities, process, timeline, and deadlines are part of the program terms.
• Extra sessions can be arranged on request and will require additional payment.
• The client may withdraw from the program at any time. Refund will follow the stated refund policy.
• ThesisHub may withdraw from the agreement with proper reason and may give full or partial refund according to institution policy.
• Urgent requests will be prioritized when possible.
