FAQs

Common questions before you start.

These answers focus on the questions students usually ask before joining a ThesisHub program or requesting research help.

What kind of help does ThesisHub provide?

ThesisHub helps with protocol writing, thesis report writing, data analysis, result writing, journal paper preparation, workshops, webinars, and academic mentoring. We guide, review, explain, and correct. We do not replace your own academic work.

Is ThesisHub online?

Yes. Most ThesisHub programs are online through Zoom or similar platforms, so learners can join from anywhere.

Who are the programs mainly for?

ThesisHub programs are mainly for medical and health science students, postgraduate trainees, early-career researchers, and health professionals.

Will ThesisHub write my thesis or research paper for me?

No. ThesisHub does not write theses, assignments, dissertations, or journal papers for someone to submit as their own work. Your work must remain yours.

What is the difference between guidance and ghostwriting?

Guidance means we help you understand, improve, and correct your own work. Ghostwriting means someone else writes the work for you and you submit it as your own. ThesisHub does not support ghostwriting.

Can ThesisHub help if I am completely confused?

Yes. You do not need to know everything before asking for help. Tell us your topic, current stage, deadline, and where you are stuck. We will suggest the right next step.

How do I know which service I need?

If you are starting your research, you may need Protocol Help. If your protocol is approved and data is analysed, you may need Thesis Writing Help. If you want to prepare a manuscript from your thesis or study, you may need Journal Paper Help. If you have collected data and need analysis support, you may need Data Analysis Help.

Are all programs paid?

No. Some activities may be free, such as selected webinars or public sessions. Mentoring and consultancy programs are usually paid. The fee is shared clearly before registration.

How do paid programs work?

Paid programs usually follow a fixed session plan. You meet the ThesisHub team or mentor online, receive guidance, revise your own work, and continue step by step. Each service page explains its duration, sessions, payment plan, and refund policy.

How do I pay for a paid program?

Payments are accepted through official bKash Merchant Payment only. The payment number and amount are shared in the program or service details.

Will I receive confirmation after registration or payment?

Yes. After successful registration and payment, if payment is needed, you will receive confirmation and session details.

Are sessions recorded?

It depends on the program. The recording policy is shared before the session. Unauthorized recording or sharing is not allowed.

Will I receive a certificate?

Certificates are provided for selected learning programs only, such as some courses, workshops, or webinars. Consultancy or mentoring services may not always include certificates unless clearly mentioned.

Can ThesisHub help with plagiarism?

Yes, but only in an ethical way. We can help you improve your own writing, citation, referencing, paraphrasing, and clarity. We do not hide copied work or make dishonest work look original.

Can ThesisHub guarantee thesis approval or journal publication?

No. Thesis approval depends on your institution, supervisor, and academic quality. Journal publication depends on the journal editor, reviewers, study quality, and journal policy. ThesisHub can guide and improve your work, but we cannot guarantee approval or publication.
